The cheeses of this style have all have had some sort of additional flavor added to their interior or rind. These cheeses have been soaked in wine, rolled in herbs or nuts, wrapped in aromatic leaves, or simply have had flavors (herbs, mushrooms, etc.) added to the curd during the cheesemaking process.

Please note that most cheese is sold by the HALF POUND. If you would like to order more, simply change the quantity. For example, if you want a pound of cheese, write 2 for the quantity. If you would like a pound and a half of cheese, put 3 as the quantity. Feel free to call Arrowine if you have any questions regarding ordering.
