Fresh cheese should be enjoyed very soon after production. These cheeses are not aged, and therefore, do not develop strong or complex flavors beyond a fresh milkiness or a refreshing acidity. Examples include ricotta, mozzarella, or the cheese below.

Please note that most cheese is sold by the HALF POUND. If you would like to order more, simply change the quantity. For example, if you want a pound of cheese, write 2 for the quantity. If you would like a pound and a half of cheese, put 3 as the quantity. Feel free to call Arrowine if you have any questions regarding ordering.
