We fill clean, empty bottles to order to ensure our customers are getting the finest oil. Bring back the bottle and we can refill it for you!

D'Artagnan Smoked Magret Duck Breast
D'Artagnan's all-natural Smoked Magret is made from Moulard duck breast-the cross-breed of Muscovy and Pekin ducks raised to produce foie gras, which also boasts a deeply flavorful meat. D'Artagnan's Smoked Magret matches beautifully with fruits and salads: think blueberries, plums, pears, peaches, and greens like frisée and mesclun. D'Artagnan Duck Leg Confit
They take the meatiest, most succulent moulard duck legs they can find and slowly stew them with herbs and spices to create their delicious signature Duck Leg Confit, also known as "preserved" duck leg or confit de canard. This classic specialty from the heart of Gascony is traditionally made by salting and cooking the duck leg in its own fat to preserve it. It's an inimitable treat adored by gourmands and D'Artagnan's signature recipe has made their duck leg confit a hugely popular product with both professional chefs and home gourmet customers for more than 20 years.
They marinate Moulard duck legs overnight with garlic, salt, duck fat and spices before slowly stewing them in their own juices until they are meltingly tender and saturated with flavor. Cooked to perfection over a two-day period, duck confit is an essential part of Cassoulet, the classic Gascon casserole of preserved duck, sausage and beans. D'Artagnan Jambon De Bayonne
D'Artagnan's savory French prosciutto-also known as Jambon de Bayonne-is dry-aged for a minimum of 12 months. It's 100% natural, and makes a fantastic addition to pastas, paninis, charcuterie plates and poultry dishes.
Prosciutto is one of those addictive foods that-once it passes your lips-you swear you will eat every day. Lightly salted, naturally-cured and somewhat sweeter than its Italian cousin, our French prosciutto is an excellent meat to keep handy in the kitchen.
In warmer months, press thin slices of Jambon de Bayonne onto a long baguette with unsalted European butter, fresh scallions and a drizzle of olive oil for the easiest, most elegant picnic sandwich this side of the Seine. Or wrap strings of the prosciutto around monkfish or cod on a rosemary skewer and pop it on the grill. D'Artagnan Andouille Sausage
Andouille (pronounced "ahn-DOO-wee") is the Cajun smoked sausage so famous nationally today. Made with lean pork and a small amount of pork fat, this sausage is seasoned with salt, cracked black pepper and garlic. The andouille is then slowly smoked over pecan wood and sugar cane. When smoked, it becomes very dark to almost black in color. Like all products made by D'Artagnan, this sausage is made in small quantities from premium quality ingredients.
You can't make good gumbo or jambalaya without a high-quality andouille on hand. D'Artagnan's popular spicy andouille, comes fully cooked and ready to be sliced and tossed into lentil soups, gumbos or jambalayas. Delicious served hot or cold, it boasts a shelf life or 30 days- so it's easy to add hearty, smoky heat to any dish, whether scrambled eggs in the morning or a Cajun-style stew at night.
