The Semi Soft style encompasses many different cheeses defined by the texture of the cheese's interior. The flavor is usually milder and less acidic, without becoming too intense, making this style perfect for everyday eating and snacking.

Please note that most cheese is sold by the HALF POUND. If you would like to order more, simply change the quantity. For example, if you want a pound of cheese, write 2 for the quantity. If you would like a pound and a half of cheese, put 3 as the quantity. Feel free to call Arrowine if you have any questions regarding ordering.
